Helloooo to all my fitness peeps. Keeping it real here on my blog today


Feeling very blessed to have so many women following my FB lives and joining my class.


As i have found this year, I am making a shift in my perspective which is how you look at things. My perspective may look different from your perspective about the same exact thing. Say your looking to "get healthy". That may mean something entirely different than what it means to me.


So now on to the big question? How do you look at your life right now right here right where you are? Are you struggling to find your mojo or maybe want to do something different with your life? How can you change your perspective to see what needs to be done. Make a shift so you can be more than you are today.


I am going to send you a link of a few of my favorite fitness items that i use weekly.

Which means i love them and they work.
